There is a project in Washington state. Condit dam removal on the the White Salmon River. There is likely an EIS to be tracked because they are breaking it apart after initial explosive breaching.

I’m looking for information on the effects of concrete removal on aquatic systems. We are looking at removing a rock/concrete wall along a stream and I need some information on the impacts of concrete dust and potential mitigation measures. There are no fish in this stream, but it flows into another that does contain fish. The project would take place in the fall when flow levels would be very low. Access to the site is difficult so we were looking at using jack-hammers to dismantle the wall. Any thoughts or references materials would be helpful. Thanks, Kellie
